These modules are designed to align with the current best practices and management plans defined by Patient Group Directions (PGDs), enabling pharmacists to extend superior care and support within their professional settings.

Module I: Clinical Essentials in Record Keeping, Patient Safety and Urology
This initial module lays the groundwork for essential clinical practices, with an emphasis on:

Patient Safety and Red Flags: Techniques to identify potential warning signs to ensure the utmost patient safety.

Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): Management guidelines for uncomplicated UTIs in females, focusing on diagnostic criteria and patient selection.

Part A: Sore Throat Presentations

Sore Throats: Exploration of causes, effective treatments, and antibiotics.
Acute Sore Throat Follow-Up: Protocols for monitoring and managing patients after initial diagnosis.

Part B: Ear Health
This section focuses on ear health, including:

Once you’ve signed up for the course, you will get access to all the modules for 3 months. You can download the certificate after successfully completing the assessment- minimum pass mark is 80%.
Please note that you can access and download your certificate within six months of course enrollment.
