• A 32 year old male patient complains of daily headaches for the past 2 weeks. They come on suddenly without warning over 1-2 mins and are centred around his left eye. The eye often waters. The pain is so severe that he has to stop whatever he is doing and goes to a quiet room before the pain resolves completely and spontaneously after about 20 minutes.
